I loved the convenient location! It was easy to walk to many tourist spots. The included breakfast was fantastic. The cappuccino was excellent. The staff was super nice and helpful .
One minor issue. The air conditioning in my room could have been cooler.

The hotel is in a peaceful area with many nearby restaurants! The Duomo is only a short walk away. It is also close to various trams and a Metro stop. This makes getting around very easy.

The staff at the reception was super nice. They helped me with restaurant recommendations. The night manager made a great dinner reservation. This was my favorite dinner. The staff was generally very helpful with all my requests.

The breakfast had many choices. There were options for all preferences! The croissants are a must! The breakfast waiter remembered what I wanted. He brought it without me asking.

excellent breakfast helpful staff slanted ceilings attic room
the breakfast was excellent i thought. the staff were also great and so helpful. the location were central. the room were clean and plenty roomy enough.
first we got put in what i'll call an attic. the room nobody else wanted i think. it had slanted ceilings which isn't great for myself at 5'10'. we had to request another room and they arranged it.

location provided easy access to the metro. this made getting around very convenient. i found several good restaurants in the nearby area. the breakfast had plenty of options and the quality was good.
the check-in process lacked warmth and assistance. i noticed three staff members at the front desk who didn't offer help with luggage. the furniture seemed outdated for a hotel in this category. the plastic cups instead of glass also stood out.

A mixed Experience

The staff were polite and cute always. Breakfast had a generous buffet that offers many choices. The bedrooms seems really beautiful and comfortable.
The check-in process felt cold and impersonal, I didn't feel welcomed. The furniture felt a bit outdated for a hotel that considers itself five stars. The cups in the room were plastic, not glass and it's a pity.

charming decor spacious room delicious options
the decor throughout had a certain charm and the staff always greeted me with a smile. the room felt very quiet and spacious offering a peaceful rest after a busy day exploring. breakfast provided many delicious options each morning in a nicely designed space.
the gym was rather small, which limited the available workout options during peak hours.

my junior suite included nice wallpaper and a very comfortable bed. there were provided lovely toiletries in the bathroom. the room also included a quiet air conditioning system.

the breakfast room downstairs had a very good layout. i could find fresh fruit and several deli items on offer. the coffee was strong and flavorful and the service was prompt.

the hotel features lovely artworks displayed in the lobby area. a grand piano sits near the entrance adding to the ambiance. staff offers assistance with luggage, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure.

dated furniture rating mismatch
the breakfast was good with a variety of dishes and the staff were polite there
the hotel is more like a 3-4 star rating not a true five star. some aspects need updating i noticed dated furniture throughout the hotel. the experience did not fully meet the expectations set by the five-star billing
