Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel provides a real taste of Milan with its superb location next to Milano Cathedral and the M2 subway line, offering a genuine local experience. The rooms are small but clean, although a bit too warm at times. The service, except for a few standout staff members, was not very friendly and somewhat unprofessional for a 5-star establishment.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the upside, the rooms were clean and modern; however, the bathroom in the lobby was not working, and the TV channels did not include Arabic options, which was a letdown for a 5-star hotel. Additionally, the limited car park space and an incident with my car caused some inconvenience.
The hotel has a very nice art deco style in the rooms, but unfortunately, the view was of the inner court. The service was friendly and helpful, though could have been better and more receptive at times. The location is excellent for touring Cinque Terre, despite the ongoing construction nearby. The dining experience was basic and not on par with other hotels in Milan.
The hotel offers basic rooms, is a bit dated, and the rooms are close together, making it easy to hear others. The location is great for exploring the city center, but limited car park spaces are available. Service is friendly but lacks attention to detail in cleaning. The dining options are fine but lack variety.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious with incredible interior decor but came at a high price. Although the room size was generous with two beds in over 35m2, they felt quite small for the money, yet were comfortable.
